Built on a career as
software
designer
(2 years Phoenix, USA),
training
manager
and
Corporate
Learning
Officer
(Siemens Belgium) he now specializes himself in
culture
change and the role of human resources management in
learning organizations. Special attention is given to the
re-engineering of
management
styles and
learning
processes aimed at achieving agility and innovation.
His
most important project at this time (in Belgium) is the creation
of an
Engine of Innovation® Consortium
around the ideas and concepts developed in his book. This
consortium is a network of companies and organizations that
cooperates to improve their power to envision, learning power,
power to change and power to innovate. The Engine of Innovation®
Concept (Engine of Innovation®, Red Monkey®
Innovation Management and AAA-Learning®) is
the conceptual foundation for his teaching and counseling.
To
realize the above he has become an independent entrepreneur since
2003. Today he is the founder of a new organization ...
